Robert Lockyer

It is with great pleasure that we introduce you to Robert Lockyer. 

Bob Lockyer has been a banker since graduating Magna Cum Laude from Temple University, where he earned a business degree in Economics and a Certificate of Merit for Distinguished Scholarship.

Mr. Lockyer retired as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tioga-Franklin Savings Bank in Philadelphia in 2017, a position he held since 2002. 

During his tenure as the bank’s President, Mr. Lockyer oversaw financial reporting, underwriting, regulatory compliance, asset/liability management, and the management of the bank’s liquidity portfolio. He also oversaw the expansion of the bank’s assets from $17 million to $33 million. 

In his free time, Mr. Lockyer serves as a Deacon Emeritus at Holmesburg Baptist Church.  Additionally, he is the Treasurer and an outreach prison volunteer for Gideon International, an organization that distributes free Bibles. He is also the President and Treasurer of the Student Life Center, a Christian ministry. Bob currently serves on the Finance Committee of West Reading Borough.

Mr. Lockyer’s previous work experience includes serving as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Internal Auditor at American Heritage Federal Credit Union. In addition, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Suburban Community Bank, Vice President of Bakers Northeast Savings Association, and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First American Savings and Flagship Financial Corporation.
